The terms that apply when you use Blissful4you’s website and transport services.

1. Our service
Blissful4you provides planned, company-operated transport. Requests made online are not confirmed until our team confirms them. We assign an approved driver and a suitable vehicle to each confirmed booking.
2. Not an emergency service
Our service, website and support chat are not emergency services. In an emergency call Triple Zero (000).
3. Bookings
Please give accurate information, including access needs, so we can plan a safe trip. We may contact you to confirm details or decline a request if we cannot provide it safely.
4. Changes and cancellations
You can cancel an upcoming booking from your dashboard until the driver is on the way. Cancellations within 2 hours of the pickup time are recorded as late cancellations. [Insert your cancellation and no-show policy, including any charges and how they relate to NDIS rules.]
5. Pickup and waiting
Please be ready at the pickup point at the booked time. [Insert waiting time policy.] If you are not there and we cannot contact you, the trip may be recorded as a no show.

Everyone travelling must wear a seatbelt or use appropriate restraints. Our drivers may refuse or stop a trip if it is unsafe to continue.
